Not just for its monetary importance (I'm a student), but I would like to sell it instead of just abandoning it. Some have sold for quite a but of money. Clearly the blogs that sell are the ones that have reputations, and a reputation is made up of all the things you listed above. It's like selling a company, part of what you're selling is the name, the image and the feeling that your customers (readers) have for your blog. People have sold their blogs in the past.
