Diehard "COLTS" fan all the way. I'm not jumping ship because they didn't make it. There is always next season.

Bryan - I will back you on that bet, GO GIANTS!

Kristine - fair enough...I have to respect loyalty to friends!

Jon - for whatever it's worth, we have our fair share of old wounds in Pittsburgh too. That being said, I'm glad the tides came our way against Houston back in the day (with all due respect of course!)

Bryan, you opened on old wound! The Steelers were the best team because they beat, the Warren Moon led, Houston Oilers, with a refs call on a Houston TD on an end zone catch that was ruled out of bounds. This was the play that led to instant replay (ugh)! The receiver had both feet in with inches to spare.

A friend of mine is a huge Giants fan, as he is originally from New York. Since I really had no stake either way, I said I would root for the Giants. Besides, it would be so cool to see the underdog team win!

So, I guess my cheer has to be GO GIANTS!

[...] Bryan wrote a fantastic post today on “deerPhD Sportsday (one day late)”Here’s ONLY a quick extractEveryone knows that the late 70’s Pittsburgh Steelers were the best team ever (Okay - I’m very biased here…and I’ll admit a little jealous!) Cheaters do win: Anyone else upset that the whole SpyGate thing went away too quickly? … [...]

Hey Arthur - thanks for your thoughts. I think the SuperBowl got be charged - I really don't like either team that's playing. However, I do like Brandon Jacobs (RB) for the Giants - so that's a plus!
